Seed Production Manager
Location – Gujarat (Full-time)
Experience:
Minimum 8 years in vegetable seed production.
Candidate should have the experience in crops produce – Okra, Gourds, Hot pepper & Tomato.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute vegetable seed production programs in the assigned region.
Identify, develop, and manage seed production growers and clusters.
Supervise crop monitoring, rouging, and quality assurance activities to ensure genetic purity and seed quality.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Research, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production and delivery.
Ensure adherence to company standards and statutory regulations.
Candidate Profile:
In-depth technical knowledge of vegetable seed production.
Proven track record in regional-level production management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
