Seed Production Manager

Location – Gujarat (Full-time)

Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years in vegetable seed production.
  • Candidate should have the experience in crops produce – Okra, Gourds, Hot pepper & Tomato.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute vegetable seed production programs in the assigned region.
  • Identify, develop, and manage seed production growers and clusters.
  • Supervise crop monitoring, rouging, and quality assurance activities to ensure genetic purity and seed quality.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Research, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production and delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and statutory regulations.
Candidate Profile:
  • In-depth technical knowledge of vegetable seed production.
  • Proven track record in regional-level production management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Data Management

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
  • Preference for candidates from the seed industry.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from any discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and maintain quality procedures and standards.
